Registration Fee: The one time registration fee covers registration and the establishment of care in the practice. The registration fee is paid at the time care is established.

• Couple: $250
• Family of 3: $325

Basic Membership Fees

• Adult (over 21):$33 per month
• Infant/Toddler (0-24 months):$43 per month
• Child/Adolescent (2-21 years):$23 per month
  
  

Additional Rates

• Office Visits: $50 for 30 minute visit
• WebVisits: $25
• Phone Visits: $25 for basic 10-20 minute visit
• Hourly Rate: $100 per hour (normally $150 per hour)

Acupuncture

• Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): Members $120 or Non-members $150
