• FREE introductory visit (30 minutes)
• New patient visit (90 minutes)
• Wellness visit, adult or child (60 minutes)

• Brief (15 minutes)

Acupuncture

• New Acupuncture (90 minutes)
• Follow-up Acupuncture (60 minutes)

Special Appointments

Please email or call the office for any of these reasons, instead of using the online scheduling:

• Same Day Appointments
• Home Visits
• Special appointment time needed that is not available on the web schedule
  
  

Policies

• Cancellation: 24 hour notice is required. This helps other patients have better access to care.
• Missed Appointments: $25 charge for missed appointments or last minute cancellations.
• Multiple Missed Appointments: will result in cancellation of your membership access to Meliora Family Medicine.
