Well Child Checks

I’m looking forward to seeing you and your child. One of my favorite parts of practicing medicine is seeing babies grow and develop into these amazing & unique individuals! Well Child Checks are our opportunity to ‘check in’ and make sure everything is going well, answer basic questions about what to expect next, and address minor concerns. If you have a significant question or concern, please make sure to note it on the form and let me know ahead of time. We may need to add on extra time to address it, or schedule a separate visit to give it the attention it deserves.

See the recommended schedule below for Well Child Checks for ages 0-2 years. After 2 years of age, kids should have a physical once a year.
